Location is nice amenities and food is good, staff is friendly prices are bit high for stay compared to other hotels

its my brother suggestion thts only i booked it.its really good.nice view and nearest for boating,rose garden,botanical garden,thread garden etc

Good hotel, neat n clean, good room service, but breakfast options are very less, even room service orders are very few, there is not enough power point sockets to charge your gadgests

Location is good on Coonoor road with scenic view, overall room service is good need to add more variety in food items, hooks required in bathroom to hang clothes. Overall a good experience.

I recently stayed at the surya village in ooty and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a serene and picturesque location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hotel rooms are a bit costly, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt and efficient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant on the premises served delicious food, and the campfire organized by the hotel was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, i would highly recommend the surya village to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in ooty.

Overall good stay quite place easy to reach if you have your own vehicle. Hot water is available. Clean rooms

The place is easily accessible from the town with spacious rooms and very cordial and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had very limited options. The facilities in the rooms were okay. Overall, this is a good option if you want to stay a little away from the busy town and still have easy access to the popular spots.

Service is ok but rooms are not good. There is a heavy cold area and they should have a room heater in place of ac. For the room cooler they do have but charging 500 per day

Polite staff and clean room and bathroom with running hit water. Happy with the service they have provided. Good points: clean room and bathroom with hot water facility. Polite staff's buffet breakfast with 4 to 5 items. Room on which i stayed hand a good view [but no front window ) ] bad points: approaching road from main road is not in a good condition. Some of the rooms do not have front view.

There is no lift in the hotel. Need to climb stairs for restaurant and also for room. As we stayed in ooty there is the minimum requirement of heater in the room. But they charged 500 for heater also.

The surya village is a nice hotel for family with kids. Good views and helpful staffalso it's properly located near lovedale junction, between ooty and coonoor

We booked 2 rooms for one day stay at surya village ooty. Rooms are clean and specious. Tasty food and staff also very co operative.

Not worth in money. Room service super but room uncomport. We expected much but the breakfast is not good. For food the cost is too much

The room service was very good. But the biggest problem is no network coverage here inside hotel rooms and l also no wifi reception. Very slow internet if you come out of the room and connect to wifi. We complained the reception and no responsibility they took to repair the wifi. They just simply told that it was a problem in our phones. Very stupid reply. Also as shown in the photos the view was not their from our room. Another tragedy: they told initially the breakfast was complementary but next day they came up with a bill asking it was not and we have to pay for the breakfast.

They have given us room even though we visited first they have given preference to other for better room.

Rooms are good, big size, but floors mat are not used its too old weather. Food quality is not good.
