The venue is wonderful, so peaceful and serene. We ordered the room with Jaccusi and it was a really wonderful experience with my kid. People and their service is really good. Food is average also, the kitchen is little distant from where you stay, so food delivery takes at least one to 1.5 hrs from the ordering. so be prepared for it. Also by the time it reaches your room, it was not hot enough. Food had all options possible but when you travel with kids, you need to plan early to order as it will take time.

As discussed earlier with Make My Trip and with you on emails I would like to again clarify your review.Please note as you know we are located on the hilly area where our surroundings are in the forest , It is common for insects to enter the room if doors and windows are left open. Even though this was informed to you , You were at the influence of alcohol and you chose to keep the doors opened. Please be reasonable next time you post a review. Regards Vishal Gowda
