Not satisfied with the hospitality, hotel is not good they are not even bothered for guest we need to call so many times for food, towel.

2. Bad room and bedsheets and blankets were stinky. Room size very small

room is extremely short and plaster coming out 1 person room they are claiming 3 person room they looted our money this is below 1000 rupees room for sure.

No restaurant. We have order thru swiggy for good food.

Property was good and hygiene. Rooms were compact

Th stay was nice in all the hotels i ave booked. But the hotel vasantham palace in ooty was terrific. I paid first then. But did n stay thre because of the untidnes of the room. And even i have orderd for. 2 rooms but they had only one room left

Nice place to stay during ooty visit

It was nice location. We had many restaurants near by for food. Hotel staff was well behaved and helped us with all details. Food quality was good. Nice hotel to stay with for personal travel. Rooms were good.

Room was small.. not cleaned properly, no tv, no hot water facility for bathing. Very untidy. Not worth for even a single penny.
