The property is located in a remote place of OOTY. It's very useful to access everything in OOTY. The staff are very humble and good. I stayed in this property for 2 days. Fully worth for money. The staff are very humble and polite. Must stay.

Room Service is not up to mark .

Very different versions shared by MMT and property owner. MMT has recommended 2 rooms with double bed for 3 adults and 3 kids but property has very small double bed (4.5 by 6 feet). Have to upgrade the room at the hotel with extra money. The property doesn't have 2 super deluxe rooms but owner/MMT has booked 2 for us ( we found at hotel that 2 rooms offered to us were not similar in size and facilities). Behaviour of the owner and the support staff were very good. No geyser or water kettle in the room (which were mentioned in description during booking)

Good place to stay, clean and neat rooms. they guide us on visiting site seeing and also they provide immediate assistance on our requirements.

Good choice for couple. Close to ooty town and can be accessible from everywhere. Definitely a Recommended one.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!

I didn't stay in your hotel

The property is not that big but is very cozy. We ate morning breakfast there and even they provide tea early morning. It’s very near to a lot of places but parking for car is a bit difficult there. Overall clean and nice place with hot water facilities as well in the morning.

1. Stay is at prime location 2. Good hospitality from the staff and owner 3. Staff boy(Imran) was very humble and always ready to assist. 4. Hot water facility for bath is good. 5. Every room they serve Hot water thermoflasks for drinking anytime

I have choose semi deluxe rooms but there is no semi deluxe.

Stay was very comfortable and amazing service from vishnu at y loo retreat. Room was spacious, well maintained and equipped with all the basic necessities.

It is located in a distance of 10 minutes from main market. We navigate the property location link and reached the location. Food we had outside. Amenities and services are very good

We visited Ooty by planning our stay at MMT and this property was selected for 1day stay. property is at prime location. overall property seems to be good with all necessary amenities. Parking is not available within the premises and need to park the car on road .

Good stay at this place. Booked last moment so little bit on pricier side but room was clean and maintained. Size of rooms is little small as per expectation but the caretaker is really helpful. We ran out of hot water he intervened immediately. It’s a new property we stayed in super deluxe room. Early checkin was not possible as christmas time but they allowed to keep luggage. If you arrive early morning you can keep luggage and visit nearby at walking distance botanical garden. Then you can come back and checkin.

The hotel looks very small but it's outside but the inner look and the rooms are very satisfactory and the cleanliness is super. The hotel is very close to all the viewpoints. The botanical garden is very close to the hotel. Very good for the stay.
