I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your property. We had booked **3 King Size Bedrooms**, but upon arrival around **8:30 AM**, we were kept waiting until **11:30 PM** and were finally given only **2 bedrooms**. This is **not what we had paid for**, and it caused major inconvenience for my family. Such mismanagement and lack of responsibility from the hotel staff is unacceptable.

Sorry for the inconvenience, sir. The actual check-in time is 11:00 a.m., but you arrived earlier. I couldn’t request the guest who was already staying in the room to vacate. To help you, we arranged a room with two king-size beds, and we also informed you that you could change the room once you returned from sightseeing. However, you preferred to continue with the same room, saying it was sufficient. I’m disappointed to see your review, but I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
