location of the property is good. Food and services are nice. Little bit entertaining if they start, hotel will be more happy for the clients.

The hotel location is so far from the main market of ooty and the way to reach the hotel is very confusing.

Worst experience on this stay no proper wifi no intercom in the room to call no dental kit available for morning refreshment no heater available

This property is average only. In my room : positive things- room bed and bathroom clean. Outside is also clean- morning complement food is nice. Negative things. Balcony is not cleaned (smoked cigarette buds are there, tv is not working. Paid almost around 7k for single room. Not that much worth.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beds were not clean. Lot of hairs on pillows. Oily pillow cover. Hairs on bed. Structure wise hotel built is good. But not clean

Bad room condition. Room not same as shown in picture. Understaffed, need to ask for water, towel, soap. Post 3 hours received. The receptionist was drunk when we went. Bad odor smell was coming.

The place is a very scenic beauty one. But their service is very bad The room has no wifi. if you ask them, they will say we had wifi, but unfortunately, today it has some complaint. it will be corrected by tomorrow. 🤣🤣🤣 I asked them did this room has the facility of power plug since my 9 month kid need some hot Kanji. The receptionist said they don't know about it. The thing is, they didn't check with the room boys about it even after I asked them, which I felt as very bad They will give only one mobile number to call reception if you need anything. But sometimes, they will not pick up if u call and no call back as well, even in the daytime. I asked for hot drinking water at 6 p.m., and they agreed to serve within 10 minutes. I didn't get water I called for dinner booking. they said they would call back in 5 minutes about the menu. But no call I got. I called many times to get dinner get served. The dinner is too much overpriced and has no taste. it was the worst food I tried in ooty on our trip. They had one TV in the room and it was not working. I asked about it to room boy, and they are asking me if you want, then we can send one person to check it. Attitude is, we have only this if u want, u can take it. The bed blanket looks like it is not cleaned by seeing. Fortunately, we had one in hand, so we used that one for that night we vacated the room very next day early morning. Friends, if you want just a stay for the family with a safe atmosphere, u can book it. but don't expect a bit worth in service . I won't come ever in my life here.

Location & property is good, but rooms are dirty, not maintained properly, pillow covers & bed sheets are so dirty.

Resort is in remote location, staffs are not responding well, no wifi, tv and room heater. Spacious room, good view from resort.

It was cold and we checked in as a family. They don't have any internal phones for communication with front desk and staff. The geyser was not working in cold winter weather. They have given hot water in a can with no lid. The dinner was terrible and expensive. When complaint was lodged, no action from anyone.

Location is no more good, pathetic service, dirty linen, no soap and shampoo in bathroom, broken commode sheet

We stayed in family coral room. It's best for family having 7-9 members. Its kinda big hall separated by door having two washroom. So you can get privacy.

Location is good service is also nice but fooding and cleanliness should never be missed which they are missing food is not tasty and healthy and there is no any option for food just they serve very basic in buffet that only you will get

We booked at the last minute and we got a decent room stay at this hotel. Hot water supply was good yet would request improvement in service while fulfilling requirements like towel, soap, etc. I believe the supervisor who takes request from reception was lagging, yet naveen from the front desk covered the service really well having said there was full booking at this hotel when we stayed. Appreciate his hospitality. Overall, a good place to stay.
