Room service could have been better. The heater was mentioned but not turned on. The floor was too cold for everyone. The bathroom could have been better organised. No soap holder in the bathroom. The stay was little down as driver had difficulty with steep down and uphill.

familyStay at green casa was a memorable one. The location is just 2 km from the city center but away from traffic and noise. It gives excellent views and has a farm right next to the property. The rooms also have a small balcony. There is a narrow but motor-able road to the property and you can park cars in front of the property. The bedrooms are spacious with a shared hall. The rooms and the hall have a vintage look and they are beautiful. The service was great with courteous staff. Overall, a great stay.

The place is good, care taker zameel takes care of everything perfectly and hats off to the chef abdul for the lovely food. The hotel is a little bit far from the main road but the mng view of the mountain is too good.

Green casa is in a very peaceful & fantastic location. The room’s & surroundings are very clean. All staffs are very friendly & very good service. They don’t bothered about the timings for the service, their intention is to make guests very happy. Food is very extremely good, hats off to the chef who is preparing it. Will vista you soon again with friens & families also i will refer to all of my friends who is visiting ooty.
