D’Souza: I recently stayed at this hotel in Ooty, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, neat, and beautiful. We really liked it a lot. The surroundings were peaceful, and there was no disturbance at all. There were also many shops nearby, which made it very convenient for us. We were completely satisfied with the value for the money we paid. The staff were all very kind and helpful, especially a staff member named Nagarajan. He was very nice to everyone and handled everything with great patience, which I appreciated a lot. This hotel is also a very safe and comfortable place for both couples and families. Couples will find it peaceful and pleasant, and families can stay here without any worries. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, especially Nagarajan, who treated me with great respect. The rooms and washrooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. I also enjoyed the view of the hotels opposite. Overall, I really loved my stay here and would highly recommend it!

Just an okay stay!

We stayed at Khems, Ooty, which is located right in the city — very convenient for travelers who want easy access to nearby attractions. Parking is available underground, which is actually a plus since parking in Ooty town can be quite difficult. However, the room was quite small and not very clean. The bed sheets and pillows could have been better maintained, and there wasn’t much ventilation. A dental kit was provided, which was nice, but overall the stay was just okay. Since we didn’t spend much time in the room, it worked for a night halt — but I wouldn’t really recommend it for a comfortable or extended stay

We had a great stay here. Everything is readily available n nearby. The hotel provides every possible requirement and also makes sure the guests are treated well. Rooms were horrible. It was not clean also. We gave paid where as rack price . per room which was not worth at all. No resturant as it was closed which was not communicated to us when we booked the room. Toilets were horrible. Bedding was stinking. In future i will bever book room.

Good facilities available for stay. Hot water supply betn 7 to 10.30 both Morning and Afternoon. Location is very near to main market (Charring Circle) & closer to main road, less than 50 mt away, so stay was not noisy (no honking from vehicles could be heard). Rooms and very spacious and well maintained. Reception staff is excellent and very co-operative. Cabs with good drivers arranged by the hotel. Only limitation was the attached Restaurant was under renovation during our stay in June 2025. However good vegetarian restaurants are around. Fantastic place to live in while at Ooty, very close to main market place - Charring Cross. Spacious, Neat and well maintained rooms, hot water supply between 7 to 10.30 both morning and night. Reception was excellent right through the stay. Cab service is provided with experienced drivers. In-house restaurant is under maintenance, however good vegetarian hotels exist in the surrounding areas

1.I have booked a room for 2 nights. As per my booking protocal the check in time is 1.00 p.m., however, I have reached the hotel by 10.30. The members of the hotel without hesitation, they allowed me to check in by 10.30 itself. 2.The room and other facilities are satisfactory to my expectations. 3.I ate outside.. so I can't give any kind of opinion on that.
