Good facilities available for stay. Hot water supply betn 7 to 10.30 both Morning and Afternoon. Location is very near to main market (Charring Circle) & closer to main road, less than 50 mt away, so stay was not noisy (no honking from vehicles could be heard). Rooms and very spacious and well maintained. Reception staff is excellent and very co-operative. Cabs with good drivers arranged by the Hotel Khems. Only limitation was the attached Restaurant was under renovation during our stay in June 2025. However good vegetarian restaurants are around. Fantastic place to live in while at Ooty, very close to main market place - Charring Cross. Spacious, Neat and well maintained rooms, hot water supply between 7 to 10.30 both morning and night. Reception was excellent right through the stay. Cab service is provided with experienced drivers. In-house restaurant is under maintenance, however good vegetarian Hotel Khemss exist in the surrounding areas

"Excellent Budget Stay at Hotel Khems!" I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Khems. It's a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotless, with all the basic amenities provided. The Hotel Khems also offers free Wi-Fi, hot water, which added to the convenience. One of the highlights was their sightseeing assistance—they arranged a cab for us to explore nearby attractions, which was both reasonably priced and well-organized. The location of the Hotel Khems is also convenient, with restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Overall, Hotel Khems exceeded my expectations for a budget Hotel Khems. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Will definitely return on my next visit!

1.I have booked a room for 2 nights. As per my booking protocal the check in time is 1.00 p.m., however, I have reached the Hotel Khems by 10.30. The members of the Hotel Khems without hesitation, they allowed me to check in by 10.30 itself. 2.The room and other facilities are satisfactory to my expectations. 3.I ate outside.. so I can't give any kind of opinion on that.

This Hotel Khems had good ambience, unique and very good maintenance. The staff of Hotel Khems was very good and polite towards the customer. At this Hotel Khems they had very good equipments like sensor lights digital lock system etc.

Goodplace to stay in ooty. Room was bit small, otherwise it's good for one or two days, they provided electric kettle and warm water during morning and evening. It was neat and clean everywhere.

Hotel rooms were good but hot water was not available 24*7, very difficult to manage during winters.

Room and staffs are too good. They also provide transport at reasonable price. Really enjoyed the ooty tour with comfortable stay and safe journey

The stay was good. The staff was friendly. The location has good accessibility to buses, auto and cabs. It is near the main city. Cleanliness was good.
