    amit s.family with 1 kid

    staff was unprofessional. family was scared and we couldn't change as we reached late night. rooms and bathrooms are very small. location is remote and in a non tourist friendly area.

    Very good and comfortable place in ooty

    Room is very clean and neat. Good drinking hot is provided even in late night and usage hot is available. The staff is also very good and they provided all amenities and outside food is also allowed. We felt very Good
