worst experience ever, hotel stuff behave rudely (Anand) nepali. You will get idly vada as breakfast no other options available. No covered parking, you need to park outside only. No wifi.

staff was very kind and helpproperty was good and room is hygiene and clean

Hotel room was good but the services is very is very bad. It is just room and worth for around only. Can’t arrange food even around 8.30pm and complementary breakfast only 3idly and 1vada only for every person. I will recommend this hotel if you’re looking just for a night.

Breakfast is not okay for me they are delivering at room.. customer service is not bad

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the basic amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transport options. Breakfast was decent (only idly, sambar, chutney & vada). One area that could be better was the breakfast varieties. I haven't got a balcony view room apart from that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short and comfortable stay. It offers good value for money and a welcoming atmosphere.

good stay and budget friendly. but please check and ask for a separate family room as they have two rooms in with a common hall in ground floor

The management has hired some North Indians behaving rude no parking facilities the place has to maintain cleanliness and hygiene and train their staff to behave and welcome in friendly approach had a argument for parking

There is no parking for own vehicles. The staff is not polite. Water heaters also having issues

Not much comfortable beds were okay only for family I will not suggest only not very user friendly fro staff end. One good thing is you will get 24hrs hot water As every room had separate Geysers

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m compelled to share our terrible experience at Cyprus Inn, Ooty, hoping that no other family has to go through what we did. We were a group of family members, and this stay left us exhausted, upset, and honestly, quite shaken. From the moment we entered our first room, we were shocked to find poor hygiene – we even discovered used underwear in the room! That’s completely unacceptable and shows no regard for cleanliness or basic respect for guests. At check-in, the reception staff seemed fine and courteous. But the real nightmare began the next morning. While we were at breakfast, one of the staff members became extremely rude and aggressive, shouting at my family members just because we had locked the main entrance door. This was completely unnecessary and could have been handled politely. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and very distressing, especially for families traveling with children. We had booked a 3-bedroom setup, expecting privacy and comfort. Instead, we were given three rooms cramped together in a single area, connected through a common hall and just one door. No one explained how the locks worked. There was no mention of any door-locking restriction during check-in. Later, one of the staff members aggressively tried to force open our door without knocking, practically trying to break it down while we were still asleep inside. We were scared and felt unsafe. That level of intrusion is unacceptable. We request MakeMyTrip to look into this matter seriously. No guest should feel unsafe or disrespected during a family trip. The management at Cyprus Inn needs to be held accountable for their lack of hygiene, poor communication, and unprofessional, borderline abusive behavior. We are truly exhausted – emotionally and mentally – after this stay.

Due to season time price was too high. The behaviour at reception was terible.1- No Wi-Fi asked multiple times and not even answered the call.2-the room shown in picture and the originally it’s different. I fell like I am staying in a bunker. Because the gave the room in basement area.overall experience is very bad and value to money will say it’s way more expensive

Car barking and room infrastructure good. Rest room neet and clean inside of the room bed and smell also good family members we can stay good atmosphere

First of all I want to tell that there was parking space for two cars only and we have to park our vehicle in another space than the reception guy was very rude to us and rooms were too small as compare in pictures also there was WiFi which was not even connecting in our phones and at last there was only limited breakfast no buffet they send breakfast in your room idli and vada overall not good experience

Worst stay I ever had and anyone can ever have. No windows in room and staff is very rude. Family room is the biggest scam, they have purposely not uploaded picture of the family room. Don't expect a support from MMT on this they will clearly mention it's Hotel responsibility.
