It was a wonderful experience staying here. The caretaker, Karan, was extremely helpful and available around the clock. The complimentary campfire was a special highlight. The rooms were very clean, and the ambiance was excellent. The property is beautifully located with a serene view. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a highly satisfying experience. But please don’t overload karan with more works as he is single handedly handling all the works.

The stay was really nice and the host was very friendly also responds very well. Hi so the stay at Ooty Amber by the tamarillo was great .Host was very helpful,food was not that great but okay

Our stay at Amber by the Tamarillo was an exceptional one. From the moment we checked it , each aspect was looked into and we were made to feel like at home. Mr. Ranjith took care of all our needs and suggested proper activities at Ooty. Caretaker Mr. Sanam and his wife also ensured that the place was clean and food served on time. overall it was an excellent experience and would suggest it to anyone visiting Ooty.

The rooms were not that great .It’s not a value for money place. The food was below average. We almost starved as they took long to serve and even when served the food was barely edible. The manager was good and the caretaker were very friendly. The room service was great. But the main part that is rooms were not that great . The basic things like doormat outside washroom was missing. Already shared

Amazing view and good food. They have also arranged bone fire free of cost. Host was very prompt at service and provided a home like comfort. They have in-house cafe as well to order tea/coffee and snacks.

The Location is excellent, complementary breakfast is also testy, room service is wonderful but the accommodation room Number A5 is not at all good we don’t get hot water and experienced insects inside the room

Regarding Room A5, we have taken your comments seriously and will work on upgrading the room for better comfort. Geysers are available in every room, so we will speak with our maintenance team to understand why hot water was not functioning properly during your stay. As the property is close to the forest, and during the monsoon season harmless spiders common to the Ooty locality may enter despite regular pest control. We will take extra measures to stop this. The caretakers were fantastic. The helper guy shiva was such a charm. He was always available for any help and they took care of us like family and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended
