The property lacks maintenance and has a bad smell over the bed and sofa. If they replace the bedsheets and pillows it would be great.other than that, i would say the experience would be good just for stay

The experience was not good. The rooms look older and not maintained. The lights starts blinking in the middle of night. The staircase to the room is very narrow and difficult to take the luggage till room. No help by caretaker to take luggage till room. All the tourist attractions are far from the place. Bedsheet was torn and there is no wifi connection till room. The TV was useless as it was not connected to wifi even though it was smart TV. Only good thing was hot water available 24x7. Not good for family.

Property is 3 kms away from Kotagiri town, cook not available throughout 2 days of our trip, no hotels nearby. it's nightmare for anyone at property stay. Strongly not recommended for stay, With the same cost you might end up in getting nearby town with all facilities.

While i really adore the politeness of mr. Francis and his helper sukumar, well i am afraid that's the only good thing to say about this place. The room we stayed was extremely unhygienic with wet smell coming from every place inside. In our two days stay, there wasn't any cleaning done, so we cleaned the room by ourselves. Secondly, the location doesn't look like what it is in photos, in fact it's totally opposite of what it's shown in pics. It needs a lot of improvement. I won't blame the helper as he is solely handling the place.

Property location excellent, no air pollution, no noise pollution. From room if u travel 3 kms towards north u can c good location. 25 to 30monkeys visiting rooms after 4pm till 7 pm u can enjoy with monkeys. But don't take food in cottage, it cost high. One dos a cost 30rupees, one idly 10rupees, one chappathi 30rupees.
