simple and best only nagative is those are coming in public transport quit difficult to reach around 1.2 km rather than no nagative points to stay and location will cover minimum of 5 spot near (botanical garden . tea factory , rose garden ,etc )Easy to access . cost ot sure some time it's showing high some time too low .

It was an amazing stay altogether

Greenyards homestay is located in main area of ooty and is accessible to most of the tourist locations, rooms are neat and clean but fan is not there in our room and there is no wifi as well, over all i would rate it as an average stay for this price range

Worth of money, clean room and access of property is easy staff are good, over all property is nice place to stay

It was a good memories that we had in greenyard cottages, soon we will visit it again. It was just wonderful.

Stay was really hygiene, staff was good, location is great, hot water is available totally worth the money , they even gave Driver bed and place to sleep

bad experience... we got pent house type of room ....no hot water...no wifi... no kitchen provided ...no clean bedsheets given the bedsheet alredy was on bed were smelling very bad...atleast drinking water was also not clean it had fungus in the bottles... room service didn't provided whn we asked maid y didn't u clean she rudely started fighting with us.... I feel wasted money...stay was very far to busstand autos won't come anywhere without 150 charge...caretaker won't be available at the villa

Poor rooms food not available i m not happy to stay. To much bad and owner beheveri are very third class please dont try very dirty rooms

It was quite decent rooms with nice interior. Value for money i stayed here for 5 days and there is no problem. There is no cook or canteen here but it located near town so we can get food easily

It's a decent stay, car parking is minimum and the hot water timing is only 6 am to 9 am, if you are planning for a short stay, it's affordable and good

It's located nearby botanical garden, with great calm stay, al basic amenities present in property like water doctor, soap etc, quite safety place for families blindly go for it

I found this property, the advertisement pictures and real is totally different, the management was so rude, they charge 1000 rs for van driver, and not gave driver room, small bed is not suitable for family with kid, no hot water, only hot water at morning 2 hr, no tower and other things, dirty rooms and toilet, tiolet fittengs and broken, totally waste property.

We enjoyed super location and beautiful surroundings. It was a good stay. Easy to find. Parking facility was good. Rooms were spacious. Restrooms was neat

Absolutely loved the experience. I came to ooty after several years to relive my childhood memories and this cottage became a home for me in 3 days. The hosts are wonderful people. They are there for everything that you need, the rooms are clean, spacious with balcony access and have a great view, washrooms are also spic and span! the bed is well-made with cozy blankets and hot water is available.
