Serenity Inn

The room was ok, but overprised. Road to property is pathetic. There was no kettle , No water . Wash room lock was not proper

Towels were very bad. Stinky and probably not washed. It was also a small one which was useless. Blanket was also not washed and was stinking.

The property is in an uphill location and there are no restaurants nearby, the public transport facility is far away from the property for which there's a very steep climb. Service provided to the guests is below average. They don't even provide towels in the room. The bed is moderately clean and the blanket provided was also dirty.

The rooms are pretty good and clean. It’s a home stay kind of hotel. Just a single building with ground and first floor. Location of the hotel is very near to city centre. Roads in front of this building is worst and car parking is not good.

No reception. Extra bed on floor. No one to complain about. Dirty bathroom. No fan. Ac not required

The rooms are not that much clean, providing very less facilities

It was an average stay, very clean rooms 24 hr hot water available, near the town. The road to the property is a bit congested. No toileteries providing.

It was nice stay and hospitality. Next time also i will book the same place.

1. Room was not good as per the image shown. They have allotted room based on their choice, means not considered booking options which one i have selected. 2. Person at reception is not know about booking and payment and additional money asked. 3. Need to park vehicle outside empty site. Very difficult for parking and coming out. 4. Very conjugated road. If driver is not well versed can't to this place. 5. Location is not as provided in the link.

A calm place to stay, but all the window locks are broken, feels no privacy, main door can't lock inside properly, if you have valuable things u can't sleep peacefully.

Servicing is too bad

The location is not that much good, but area is so peaceful. Room not reached what expect and what they have mentioned in photos, but good.

Accomodation is really good. but no restaurant facility. also they meet to update their proper location in gmap.

Location didn't match, hotel room was not worth living, stuff reactions was very rude. This hotel location was fake.

Location given was incorrect, so there was difficulty in getting into the stay. There was delay during the check in, we have waited for half an hour. The bathroom and pillow covers were not clean. They didn't provide any towels.
