Nilgiris Inn - Ooty

Horrible experience, we left a day early because we couldn’t spend another night in that hotel. The rooms were dirty, the staff was rude. Never ever book this hotel, it will ruin your entire trip

Nilgiris inn hotel looks nice and they have a restaurant also good and outing plan they provide cab looks fine

Not at all advisable for family. Hot water will not come by time. Also no proper food. Also boys are not functioning properly.

Hotel was not clean, all the walls have seepage issue because of which rooms were so smelly. washrooms were not clean either. no toiletries were provided.

Facilities was not nice the water was not coming at morning time there is no hot water for 24 hours house keeping was not available at a time bed sheet was not clean and there was no telephone for calling there was no cable connection available fridge also not working lights not working in dressing table. it was worst experience 😞

They told that you have booked with wrong and we need to cancel your ticket but you came with family with the child so we are giving you another but you have to pay additional charge of 1000 somethinf

Stayed for two nights there. First day. They provided a room. In that they not even changed a bed spread, cot was damaged. Not provided towels. Asked several times. Atlast they send a unwashed towel. We seen full of stains in one towel. How careless they're handled.

Nothing to describe about the property

The Stay @ hotel Was Gud but there was few minus points too There was no Water bottle, Flasks / Thermos, & WiFi Too more over TV Connection also was disconnected. it might be amazing we all above fecility was available @ hotel

Roome was smelling, the amount charge for room is not worthy, with 25% of the charged amount i can get lot of nice rooms

Totally disappointed, they didn't even provide you hot water in such a cold weather of ooty, totally disappointed, washrooms are dirty, bedsheets and towels are too much dirty. A 500 rupees hotel is much better than this hotel

It's very nice hotel and very hygiene clean n clear. And room facilities it's very nice nice response from hotel. Car parking is very less place.

Waste of money. Don’t choose this hotel not worth for 4. 5k. Its like as mansion

Nontood option in the hotel, linen was not clean, housekeeping had to be called for anything was nit proactive

The property caretakers doesn't care about customers. They have mentioned hot and cold water is available. But when we asked they told it will be available for 3 hrs only in the morning from 6 am to 9 am. But hot water completely stopped at 8 am while i was taking bath. The bed spreads had stain marks all over, blanket was torn there was no mat to dry your feet also. They gave a old bath towel when we requested for floor mat.
