Bad quality Room and service and also Food quality is bad, Multiple times room change but all the room quality is bad.

Food is not good, room won’t be clean, bathrooms door got damage, bed sheets won’t wash. Its not worth

Close to the rose garden. well lit and market walking distance. Perfect place for an evening walk.

Hotel room and washroom was cleaned. Breakfast was also delicious which was included in my package. This hotel is very close from Rose Garden however there are no street lights outside the hotel so it does not feel safe.

Property location is near to rose garden. Except location cleanliness , hygiene is terrible. I have booked 3 room ls 2 are executive time and 1 is delux type hoelwever they have alloted all 3 are delux type. lower category. not worth for money. Food preparation and utensils are unhygienic condition.

Best stay with all facilities like hot water, clean rooms etc. The food in the restaurant was also tasty.

Service are very good and good location

The cleanliness of the property is extremely poor, making the stay uncomfortable. The staff's behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming, adding to the negative experience. Several basic amenities are in disrepair — the door is broken, blankets are dirty, and the sink tap doesn’t work, among other issues. The overall condition of the accommodation reflects a lack of proper maintenance and care. Given the substandard facilities and poor service, the property is certainly not worth the money charged. I would not recommend this place to others and suggest looking for better alternatives for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hotels rooms are not as it looks in the photos. Room service is average. If you don't ask for towel or toiletries on 2nd or 3rd day, they will simply ignore. Food is bad. There r lot of better hotels for the same price. Price is not worth it.

No lifts, food not so good and rooms are just normal. Only location is very good

Old property bathroom window is not in good state upside down we have to adjust ourself so no-one will see from outside while taking bath still little hole from right side , celling is not clean one tubelight not clean so we are getting yellow light & one night lamb is horrible if we switch on there button it will start after one hour , lunch and breakfast is good .

Very old property but well maintained rooms. Very calm and quitting atmosphere helps to stay and relax with family. The staffs are very helping and pleasant service

The rooms were clean, the food was good, there were limited options for the morning breakfast, but all were tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has parking on the slope, overall i would rate it good.

The hotel was neat and it is next to rose garden. We enjoyed the stay here and will strongly recommend this to friends and family. The staff was quite good and we welcomed well - the amenities were also fine.
