Door and floor mats are not clean. Plug points are very not working properly. There are no channels available other than local channels on tv. Wifi is not available in the room. Done.

familyHotel is situated at good location. Food not provides. I stayed here in 2 bhk flat. Flat was okay. Not so much shinning but average. Staffs are good. Landline was not working. Towels were not provided 2nd day and i was in hurry i also not bothered them to provide. Average cleaning. Safe place. Satffs were polite. Handwash was not provided. Soap were provided. Beds are comfortable and clean. Good to satya with family.

Very cold place with cool breeze gr-eating us at the top of ooty. Over all nice place and decent receptionist with good gesture. Did not had food to serve at the stay. We ordered it from zomata.

Not that worth for the money.

This location is no having easy access, there is no dedicated restaurant. We reached around 1 PM and we have not got lunch since restaurant will operate only for breakfast and dinner. In make my trip it's mentioned multi cuisine restaurant and we have cross checked this with hotel before booking. But we have to go to the city for having lunch.

The hotel is bit far from tourist places. But view of city from hotel is pleasant. We were received nice. We weren't charged for early check in . I thank hotel management for that. We were allocated a hall and bedroom . They were clean and tidy. Cab was arranged by hotel for sightseeing. Bit costly but gave us good and wonderful ride. Had break fast. It was OK. But the restaurant was very pleasant at the top. Had small mis communication taking cab. But management sorted out very friendly .

No free Wi-Fi available, 3 TV's but no channels you can view, only 30 local channels. Complementary breakfast is pathetic, one of the room is very small which is complete damp, other room is OK and its true for all rooms in the hotel, room service OK. No view from the hotel, lift not working most of the time and my mom has to climb stairs for 1-2 floors after her hip replacement, they used to keep the lift off. Restaurant food is too spicy and if you are going with kids or aged person then you can't take food at the hotel. I would say most of the amenities mentioned during booking not available. Its a complete waste of money when you are visiting such a nice place and this hotel offers you enough to swing your nice mood, all an all I never had such a bad experience.
