location: It's inside the Ooty town, so just staying at home. it's near to Botanical garden. people come to spend good time can check-in into this. But I recommend to go outside the town to feel close to nature. food: We had breakfast here. they served poha, dosa, omlette & they are good . building: they kept it clean and hygiene. each room is specious. parking: less parking, if all rooms are occupied by self driving tourists come here. staff is polite.

Property owner is like military officer, asking to come in specific time like running boys hostel doesn't feel like guests he doesn't mind we coming from long distance for a vacation but otherwise a nice stay though we reached by 9.15pm ,check in mentioned was until 11pm

Had a fantastic stay, room was very big and comfort. Given all basic amenities like WiFi, water cold and hot, water kettle. Best part was, I reached hotel at 10 PM and they are very kind that they prepared dinner for us. Staff is very good and excellent hospitality. Given free breakfast which was very good. Highly recommend this to everyone. Also it’s very near to rose garden and botanical garden

They provide home made type food with excellent quality.The no. of rooms are only six here so the service is also good. Both Hot and cold water are provided drink. It is a old beautiful house of a colonel in core of the city. It will be my first choice if I visit again.

The location is awesome. Quality of food provided in the night. For breakfast, they didn't have the variety of tiffins. Good weather and ambience. Good parking. Response is low, when we called them. Workers used to smoke.

this was my 2nd time staying at this property, what I admire is the excellent location and the homely atmosphere. I also love home cooked food prepared by helping staff. on top you could cherish a good collection of books placed in the common area. One thing they could improve is room cleanliness (especially during the wet season)

No doubt the stay was good but they charged for laundry services and when already mentioned 4 guests when booking online we had to pay for extra mattress as only one bed was available. Food prepared by chef was excellent

Water stopped while showering in morning. Had to wait almost 1 hour ... even though the delay was from host side, the check out time is not flexible , extended for half hour. Btw everywhere check out is 12 pm , here it is 10:30 am

Overall the property looks nice and the food provided was good. However we faced an issue of bed bug bites leading to rashes all over our body. Upon request the staff agreed to change the bedsheets and blanket cover although this wouldn't be a solution to the issue.This incident led to a stressful and unpleasant stay.
