It was absolute awesome experience on this stay. Guidance and Customer experience was awesome.. Room was neat and clean. Everything looks perfect.. Every amenities was so proper, neat and clean. Balcony side view was awesome 😎. 10 out of 10 stars.👏👏👏 Recommending to book this hotel for stay at Ooty.

The location was very good. The whole view of the mountains was amazing. We did not eat anything here but the staff was very co-operative. They did not know hindi yet they were very supportive. Stay was amazing. Would recommend it to everyone.

The rooms were neat and clean as well as the staff was very helpful, pleasant stay, market nearby yet the place is less crowded.

This was very good stay, rooms were nit and clean. caretaker very responsive and polite. I reached ooty late night still they offered to provide rikshaw pickup(luckily I found one at bus stand). room is very near to Market, restaurants and bus stand everything is at appox 1 to 1.5 km away (walkable distance) I am satiesfied with the stay.

After completing our 5-day pilgrimage trip, our family of seven spent 3 days and 2 nights at Modern Villa, Ooty, booking three Deluxe Rooms. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax amidst the calm beauty of the Nilgiris. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area, yet just a short drive away from Ooty Lake, the Botanical Garden, and the main town. The rooms were neat, cozy, and well-maintained with all essential amenities, offering a lovely homestay vibe. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely humble, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay, he ensured we felt completely at home. The service was simple yet sincere, exactly what you’d expect from a good homestay experience. There is ample parking space inside the property, and the surroundings are calm, making it ideal for family or group stays. Overall, Modern Villa offered a memorable and comfortable end to our journey, a great blend of warmth, nature, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Ooty with homely hospitality.

Modern villa is situated in outside the city. There is nothing facility in modern villa. Makemytrip should avoid modern villa.

this is my second time, stayed with my 1 year old baby. staffs are too friendly nice view from balcony
