Excellent Stay
Stayed at Garden Stay Rooms in Ooty recently and had a great experience. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. Caretakers are polite and helpful. Food was tasty with many options in both veg and non-veg at reasonable prices. Overall, a pleasant stay – highly recommended!

Average Stay
The caretaker was good. The room size was very small. No wash basin was there in the toilet.

Average Stay
I didn't had anything at property as I felt everything was over priced. Location was great, near to botanical garden and charing cross market. There is nothing as of facility, we didn't even received the towel and toiletries until we asked. No balcony or any view from room. The room felt so compact.

Good Stay
Rooms and toilet were neat but size is very small for given budget. If sq feet details were provided during booking users will take decision accordingly. Further rooms had issues with water leakage from ceiling and little challenge in settling. But host was kind enough to provide alternate room in nearby cottage without extra charges

I had the worst experience
The hotel is not good, The room is not clean, and the bathroom is not clean. Care taker is good

Unfortunately due to some emergency you informed me that you are leaving and asked me for Refund As a procedure since your booking was from MMT I requested you to contact MMT . Average Stay
It over all a good experience. The hospitality was good, rooms and washrooms were clean. The rooms are commonly built and shared in on grounf floor, there is a loads of common space. Drinking water is available all the time, car parking space is there. Just the disappointment were the bedsheet and the quilt covers are not changed after the exit of every guest. The bathroom water was yellow in color and not completely clean. Overall it was good.

We appreciate your review Mam , at the same time we need to clarify that We do not use uncleaned bedsheets at any cost , Since we have our own Laundry right in the premises all the sheets go directly to washing after use. If at all you had found any stains it was because of the guests using the bed to have food …. You know food stains doesn't go away on single wash... Regarding Water : we provide pure well water due to continuous running of motor we get that mixed water during morning hours. if you had any doubt and asked us would have showed the water testing certificate . Good to Stay with Fam
Good maintenance, Water facility and hot water facility all very good. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. Food facilities are all available including Coffee and Tea at any time.

Situated at central location. Rent was economical and premises and room were neat n clean. Owner mr pradeep is very supportive and nice guy.
