terrible ex
it was terrible experience.due to bad wheather we riched late night and property was locked and no one opened the gate for an hour.rooms are in bad condition,no electricity for 2 days,no water,no room service.its zero star property.make my trip is charging to much for the property.I give zero ⭐ to this property.please don't book it's terrible

Horrible stay Never Book this
The stay was very bad with mosquitos and terrible sanitation but the worse part was the horrible manager Haris. We kept on asking for the wifi password but he didnt provide us one. Suddenly the electricity went away for entire floor and instead of fixing it he accused us of using induction and then when we asked him to check the room for induction he started fighting with us. He asked us to pack our bags and leave at middle of night. When we asked for refund he told go talk to make my trip about it. He was horrible to my parents as well. Even the workers there and other guests complained about him.

Best stay in Ooty with group.
It was a pretty good experience. The host was very friendly and caring. Miss Ishita, thank you. Room were neat and clean. One room there was issue with hot water, however the boy name Rajveer helped us by providing hot water. Need to use much Airfreshner in the room please. Please. Overall it was good and best stay.
