The stay was pleasant, and the view was lovely. This location precedes Ooty. Saravana and Siva, the maintainers, were very helpful.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Property Listing and Poor Service I recently booked a stay at a property listed on MakeMyTrip that was portrayed as a homestay, but upon arrival, I was shocked to find out it is actually a Church that partly operates as a homestay. The listing and reviews were highly misleading. The environment was extremely restrictive — guests are not allowed to sit outside for long, campfires are not permitted (despite being shown in photos or promised), and we were informed that drinking alcohol or eating non-vegetarian food was not allowed due to the religious nature of the property. None of this was clearly communicated beforehand. The quality of service and amenities was far below expectations. I had to request a 1-night cancellation due to unavoidable personal circumstances, and the trip agent confirmed with the property that a full refund for 1 night was approved. Based on this assurance, we checked out early. However, later I was informed that only a partial refund would be given, which is completely unethical and goes against the initial confirmation. I've contacted MakeMyTrip multiple times for resolution, but all I get is the same response — that they will review call recordings and get back. No one has followed up with me despite repeated attempts. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel cheated both by the property and MakeMyTrip for false promises, misleading information, and lack of support. I do not recommend this property at all, and I strongly advise against booking through MakeMyTrip unless they improve their customer service and ensure proper vetting of listed accommodations.

It was a great stay.the rooms were hygienic and the staff saravanan was great and helped us out in every possible ways

The property's location is really great - as natural & serene as it may get. Also, the service by Sarvanan and Surya was really great - they were supportive in everything. Though they don't provide the food in-house, you can order through Swiggy. Also, they were kind enough to get us the Maggie, Bread-butter etc. prepared. All in all, it was a great experience & absolutely recommended.

I stayed in this property with my family. This property is very nice to stay with family. The property is located in a very convenient place and the room were too good. Room was big enough to accommodate one big family. There is lot of open space where kids loves to play. Very humble and ready to help staffs and owner. Room cleanliness and service also was very nice. Bathroom was quite large and hot water was available all the time. Car parking was available inside the property. The property has mountain views from the lobby which was very blissful to sit and watch. Overall had very comfortable stay. Perinba Vilas Inn is One of the best option for family to stay and enjoy in ooty.

Clean and good service

Booked for three days. I am from Bengal. I find both plus and minus. Plus points.— 1. Neat and spacious room. 2. Beside main road. 3. In one room twelve persons can easily stay because there are eight beds. 4. Associates are helpful. But minus points are 1.There is no food facilities 2. Jio does not work. 3. WiFi worthless. 4. If you want launch dinner breakfast you will have to go 6 km to Ooty. 5.There are many flies in the room. 6. As the villa is placed underneath of a church, smoking drinking is prohibited here.7. There is no shop hotel houses near the hotel.

Very clean and tidy room and extremely cooperative staff. Only problem is that there is no kitchen. You have to go out for food.

Place is really nice and clean, good place to stay with a family and friends. Staff's are quite and nice

No way to enter the villa but the stay is good

Room were spacious but as lack of necessary ventilation total washroom was stinky and the smell was also spread the room when we have to change the plan of stay and vacate in one day, to this added as path entrance was also not in good condition it was very steep down which made our vehicle struck down in path and faced a lot of problem where it has taken half day to get the vehicle on road, even vehicle tyre was also damaged as in-two days trip our half day was totally ruined so we vacated within one day
