The place had very poor lighting and poor quality of housekeeping services after 8pm No back up

I chose this resort because I stayed here with my extended family 4 years ago and the experience was nice. This time it was the exact opposite. The staff were of bad behavior, we had to carry our luggage all the way to the room, which involves a lot of steps and sloppy surfaces wet because of the rain. The room was smelly and not clean, bedsheets were dirty and stained, bathroom was dirty and wash basin and closet were stained. After complaining they changed us to another room which was also very similar and again to another room which was atleast livable to some extent. The terrible thing is that the staff behavior was still very stubborn and unapologetic, as if we are getting the room for charity. The breakfast was ok ok, average. If you are travelling with family, I would strongly suggest you to look for other better places. Cheers.

It's very good place to stay for the family. They have like a good food and they will maintain the rooms with.

The property has a good ambience and atmosphere. The food tasted very good, however it was hard for the staff to manage many people and it took them a lot of time to prepare food on crowded days. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay.

this was my fourth time staying at this place, and I was impressed like before. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. they have a beautiful garden which in itself is great to explore. the staff are very helpful. the attached restaurant serves some great food at a reasonable price. this time, we had booked our stay along with breakfast and dinner. the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but the dinner was amazing. we highly recommend this place.

STAY WAS OVERALL GOOD, BUT IT SEEMS BIT OVERPRICED. BUT RESTAURANT INSIDE SERVES FOOD WHICH IS NOT AT ALL WORTHY FOR MONEY WE PAY. BREAKFAST BUFFET WHICH COSTS 300/- PER HEAD WHICH INCLUDES IDLEY, POORI AND UPMA ONLY... THERE WERE NOT EVEN CUT FRUITS... STAY WAS AWESOME WITH BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS. ✌️

The ambience and scenery of the property is awesome. Rooms also shows the heritage. Food was tasty and good in quantity.

Nice place for family stay. Calm place. Excellent holiday stay for all especially kids and elders.. Excellent place for family staying, Good food, location is easy to access, all facilities are very good in Kluny manor...

no housekeeping was done on day 1 . the used plates are left just like that. food is good. but no one informed me about the purchased dinner package. it is a loss for us.

Room sound insulation needs to be improved for external noises. Breakfast options are limited, so food item few may be added

Although few included amenities were not available, the stay (standard) is very clean, beautiful & pleasant.

The property is very beautiful. But we had bad experience while checking-in since there was a large group who were checking out post a marriage function. They found it very difficult to manage the crowd. The restaurant was not functioning that day. Otherwise the food was good and Staff very supportive. The lawn and garden are very well maintained and the background is picture perfect. Overall a good experience, except the fact that the property always has one or other function going on and this affects the privacy you seek.

It was a wonderful experience of stay in Kluney Manor, the ambience of the resort is nice. Food was exceptional. Behaviour of the staff was friendly.
