Wi-fi facility was not available, Poor Hygine, No proper response from attendants, Gyser not working properly..

Room was good but we booked a big room with 2 queen beds for my family and it was confirmed too. But when we entered the house then accommodation owner said that big room is not available as previous tenant wanted to continue their stay. We were shocked and had to stay in 2 separate rooms. We as a family could not enjoy our stay together. Also there was no hot water in the morning, greaser was not working, owner said due to power outage. It was chilling Ooty weather, water was so cold and we just washed our faces and left without bath.

I like the stay. The location is nice with surrounding with hills near by and greenary. The family room is comfortable and big . Cleaning and maintaining the room and bathroom is good. Coming to food , which is prepared by a cook . We had daily breakfast and dinner at Arulmozhi Dream’s only. The taste was too better than outside. We like the owner( Amma) . She is so nice and talkative. We felt a like a home there. Best home stay for both family and as well friends .

Home stay is very neat. Location is good. Food is very homely and tasty. the host and the care taker are very helpful.

Hygienic place with authentic home made food and good accommodation. Love to visit the place again

Unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour not recommended at all. They don’t provide room service and for service they don’t have man power cleanliness is compromised the owner is always up to personal attacks

It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent. Location is nearby to ooty centre.

Rooms was spacious but the parking was congested, property located in down slope. Food was okayish.

Home food, good human beings with great hospitality. Nice caring, spacious rooms. Hot and spicy tasty food
