We went a friends group of 7 people and the stay was great. It is located nearby main hotels so food is not even a problem and we enjoyed the stay a lot. Even though, there is noise restriction due to residential area, we played and enjoyed a lot. The caretaker is a good person and quality of rooms are great. Problems we faced are, in a room heater is not worked properly but in other two rooms it worked fine so we adjusted. and initially when rooms given we experienced bad smell in a room which came from the attached bathroom. but we adjusted it too by using room sprays. so overall I give 4/5 for the rooms and stay.

Toilet Cleaning is good But Toilet fittings Old model inconvenience to user Hot Water not coming continuously Room Heaters not available ( Cool area need to maintain Room Heaters)

House was neat and clean. plz change the battery of every clock, the caretaker was very supportive.

It was a pleasant stay along with my family. Rooms and washrooms were clean and the property is located in prime location from where food and other amenities are accessible. The caretaker was caring and quite responsive.

Hi, it was very nice and comfortable stay. Owner and caretaker were so professional. Homestay was having all required home amenities and were working properly. Rooms were spacious.

First of all it is not entire property but only the ground floor of the property that was let out. There are no food options, the restaurant they suggested had pathetic food options and not good. Cleanliness was good. One bed had one blanket and given that we were 8 people, no arrangement was made or accepted for extra blankets. Out of 3 bathrooms only 2 were functional, the bathtub one as mentioned in the property specifically was not functional. There was construction noise from the top floor till 1am at night that disturbed our sleep. There are better and professional hotels that serve better, i specifically chose this property as it was mentioned that its entire property.
