5 star property with 1 star facilities, too high rate with very low amenities, power back off is only for name sake. They will not use it, they left us with no power in night for more then 6 hours, hot water was not coming properly. Owner asked extra for bone fire even after paying for 1 villa for 12 members for one day. We went with family, while booking we planned for only 12 members, later 3 of our cousins joined us. We informed them a day before only but when we are about to reach the hotel they called us and they said 3 members are not allowed. We told them that anyhow we have booked the complete villa for us we will adjust. Later they said ok but while vacating the villa they gave us the bill for just 3 extra members! Even after paying for entire villa before only. We cant find the property in google maps. Care taker is just for care taking home and not to care take guests, they will not allow us to make even tea or coffee also. No hair dryer, no caretaker, very hard to order food online. Totally its not at all value for money. Only goodness is the property is very good at nice location.
