We booked a 4 premium rooms, the carpets were very dirty , the rooms were not cleaned well, when we moved a table there was dirt and wrappers beneath, when we called for room service they did't even come or took alot of time, the spa was not there, the pool water was terrible my children had eye infections after their stay. The morning buffet could hold alot more options. The restaurants were nics and the front desk was sweet, so were the golf caddy drivers. Overall it was an okay stay, alot could be improved, to make it a pleasant one.
