The AC was not working properly, even though the tablet display showed it was set to high. Also, during checkout, the receptionist asked me to wait until room service verified whether the items in the mini-bar were untouched.
Honestly, when a guest books a room worth ₹7,000 per night, it’s understood that if anything is consumed, we would definitely pay for it. This kind of doubtful and unprofessional handling leaves a poor impression. If you don’t trust customers, why keep a mini-bar in the room at all?
Please take this as constructive feedback to improve your guest experience and staff communication.
