We did not have 24 hours hot water for bath, no inhouse restaurant, no daily bed making. Overall experience was very average.

Very poor maintenance, wash basin leaking, dirty and not cleaned properly. Room services zero. We booked for 3 guest, when we asked third bed, they just dumped the bed and bedsheets and left we had to make our own bed. Most of the time no one in the reception. No in-house food available, even the food they bring from outside pathetic. We doubted. Are we in coimbatore or in some part of bihar.

Breakfast not provided. But it shows breakfast available while booking. We ask for breakfast but they said it's not available for booking customers

The price was very high for the service provided.The Airconditioner was not working properly.The food provided was very chill.The showers are turned off by the hotel management in all rooms and was not working

They took more than a day rent for 1:30 hr early checkin. Since i was there due to an emergency i had no option other than paying them. Very crooked minded people

Very good and clean rooms. Morning coffee and tea services required early in the morning, wind from fan is not covering all places, put a ceiling fan, light above the dressing mirror doesn't work

The morning staff was not well behaved. Could have given an early check-in because the room was available, but denied as mine was an booking. Disappointed at that person, rest everything was fine

I stayed at spur inn for a two day weekend conference at ganga hospital. I have stayed here last year too. The inn is clean, front desk is efficient, lift and room facilities have been upgraded. The best feature of the inn is its proximity (500 m) to ganga hospital, allowing leisurely walk to the conference venue.

Ac for name sake. . Bed comfort not good. No toothbrush and paste. Room is not worth for the 1. 5 k per night

Location was able to find very easily and it was situated at a prime location but the only terrible thing is the room and the rude uncle sitting in reception he cant answer politely. The looks so super clean but cant smell a good air all you can do is you can smoke without buying cigarettes and the bathroom is the most worst bathroom i have ever seen you cant stand a min inside it, even now a days free washroom given by govt is super clean but for this bathroom i paid
