Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings From Joys Palace! I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. It was quite disappointing to find that out of the available lifts, only one was operational, causing delays and inconvenience during peak hours. Additionally, despite having two guests staying in the room, we were provided with only one room key card. This made it quite inconvenient for us to move around independently, as both guests should ideally be given individual access for ease and comfort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better maintenance of facilities and guest convenience in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.
