The lighting was awful, bed and pillows were very hard. Otherwise, rooms are neat and clean.

Horrible Hotel best avoided
The hotel is below par. The bathrooms lack even basic amenities - toilet seats badly soiled, bath towels not washed, pillow covers and bedspreads not washed. The bathrooms dont have dress hooks and smell like bad. The roofs of bathroom are almost cracking. No exhaust fan in toilet hence very foul odour

Terrible Stay
Terrible customer service and hygiene in hotel rooms. It does not approach a 3 star hotel level on any basis with unapproachable staffs along with overly charging customers on unnecessary matters compared to the standard. Basic amenities such as tissues and toothpaste were given that was used by previous hotel residents along with dirt and hair on pillow cases and bedsheets. The rooms and bathrooms were of very poor quality with leaking pipes and poor lighting. Hotel restaurant food and staffs were good

No tv channels coming got disconnected for whole day. After complaint also not fixed. And not so clean bedspreads are not white.

The ambience and the courteous staff. The hotel is spacious and situated in the heart of Thrissur. The food was good too. The bus station and the railway station are close by. Shopping places all around.

Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings From Joys Palace! I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. It was quite disappointing to find that out of the available lifts, only one was operational, causing delays and inconvenience during peak hours. Additionally, despite having two guests staying in the room, we were provided with only one room key card. This made it quite inconvenient for us to move around independently, as both guests should ideally be given individual access for ease and comfort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better maintenance of facilities and guest convenience in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements on my next visit. Poor maintenance
The hotel with over 9 floors has only 1 working lift and that too they stopped briefly expecting some vip . Water coming thru shower head even when the settings is for tap . Absolutely poor maintenance.looks quite dated .Ac console was not working to adjust room temperature. Had to ask for toiletries. Only positive is rooms are big. Will avoid this next time

The stay was excellent, and everything was perfect. The experience would have been even better if the restaurant served South Indian food and snacks after 10 AM.

Average Stay
The room given on 7 th floor had a constant stench of smoke and alcohol the sheets were dull and old. The breakfast was very basic and cold with only 2-3 items in main course not worth the category claimed and the tariff paid . I will not recommend this property.

The property is well maintained but Old. The interior of the room is of good quality but build years ago. Breakfast has limited varieties. Rooms are big.

Not worthy
1. The establishment does not meet expectations. I am uncertain how they are claiming a five-star rating. While the location is convenient and the parking facilities are satisfactory, the quality of the room and bed falls below a three-star standard. Additionally, the noise from the air conditioning shutter disrupted my sleep, and the Wi-Fi connectivity on the fifth floor was poor.
