Daan Regency

The stay was really good. Staff behaviour was really good and polite. The main highlight is the cleanliness they maintain.

Good Ambience and staff's are very cooperative.

Breakfast is good

We booked a family suite room,the room was compact apart frm 4beds,we didn't get complimentary breakfast,but for first day we had no paid breakfast provided there ,we relied on Zomato which was horrible on rice,idly,sambar(not at all palatable frm many hotels we tried).the place was busy Becoz of budget friendly may be.traffic is not much comparing our place on TN,so all paces are reachable easily. Must visit places- vadakkumnathan temple inside the city ,guruvayoor temple(waiting time will be around 2-3 hrs depends on the time you visit{paid darshan is not for everyone-/head),punnathur kotta,chavakad beach(near to kotta),Thrissur zoo/museum.overall an acceptable stay for once,no much regrets.👍

Location: little difficult to locate even with google maps on Facilities: new property with good hygiene but rooms are relatively small with very little space in bathroom. Food: no restaurant and even the breakfast which was charged 300/person was poor in quality and contents. Overall experience 4/10

The room was neat and clean. The location is nice. The facility is good. Restaurant facility is not available. It was a little bit bad. Overall good 👍

We had two rooms booked for 4 adults and one child occupancy. The room and bed was not clean. The toilet was smelly, we informed them once we checked-in, they have sent people to clean it, they came, cleaned and sprayed room spray. But the bad smell remained same. Also the bed was not clean, it has hairs here and there. The quilt cover was not washed and stains were visible. Only satisfying thing was morning complementary breakfast. Another appreciable thing was receptionist and staffs were welcoming with smiling face. But cleanliness is terrible.

i am recently stay in daan regency with family really good room and service, parking area , receptionist is also friendly. budget friendly.

Space is inadequate as compared to price, food is not served here,very inconvenient for new traveller, staff should learn language to attend customers. Will not suggest any guest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries.

The Daan residency is located at a good place in the City. But the rooms are too compact. No other language channels other than Malayam Breakfast was not available even if we are paying money. Towels and blankets were too unhygienic and dirty

The rooms were kind of very small and not worth the price. The bedsheets were looking a little old and I got a dust allergy after staying in that room. Bathrooms are too congested. So totally from my experience it was not worth the price.

Stay was good. But requested for a GST Invoice and hotel said they wont provide invoices. Talked with MMT executive, but still no update.

Everything was nice here, Receptionist behaviour was good. And working staff are helpful here. All necessary amenities are provided. Bathroom and room were well cleaned and maintained. This place is best for all specially for couples. If u have vehicle then its good or u have to walk for 10 mins or get an uber.
