HOTEL LUCIYA PALACE

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

It's my good experience in hotel luciya palace it's very near to vadakkumnathan temple. The staff are very good. Because I checked in late at night only they were very pleasant and had a happy face

The room was good but the conduct of the guy at the reception some Mr. Ajish Bose, was pretty bad. We checked in at 11:30. On asking if there is room.service available, his response was rude and mean. I even had to ask him to calm down. Not good.

Food was tasty and had enough quantity....it has good parking area and good service from staff..cleanliness was good..but tv was not working...all other services was good

Location is very ideal to visit temples around, restaurants and do shopping. Room was very clean in all aspects. Staff were very courteous and made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Very old facility. Bath room very small.overall Look very cheap. Had no hot water to take bath one day. Employees had to bring it in a bucket. Bathroom towels were very very old and over used, dirty appearance. They have to renovate this facility ASAP. My wife was mad at me booking this hotel.

Looks an old hotel. Room requires renovation and painting. Corridors are very dull looking. Plus is good location. But for that so high a tariff! no value for money. Breakfast is nothing to talk about.

The location of the property is appropriate and very much accessible. Breakfast at the hotel is only of average quality. The amenities in the hotel are not of good quality compared to the rent of room and the four star status. The toilets and pipes are even leaking. The only good thing about the hotel is the pleasing personality and hospitality of the staff, though very few in numbers.

Stopped over for a night during a road trip. Food in the restaurant was delicious. It is a modest hotel, with limited facilities, but served our purpose well.

Location : is good as it is near to city center food : taste is average but the prices are too expensive. Also they are trying to cheat by charging more amount than that is mentioned in the menu. Totally disappointed. Services : cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Once you walk in the room with out chap-pal leg is getting dirty. So they are not cleaning rooms properly. Also rooms needs a proper renovation

The property is super and clean and good in size the food was very tasty and yummy need to correct beds are very hard and it looks very old washroom door locks, taps not up to the mark brake fast is ok ok other then this above rest everything was super good

Food was good. But amenities are not upto the expectation. All the lights are not working, feel like stayed in an old house

It was not worth for the price i paid. Bath room was terrible(leakages in couple of places, difficult to operate water taps, too small, no shower curtain, very minimum toileteries etc)
