HOTEL PEARL REGENCY

Excellent Property, really courteous Management and Staff, loved the rooms. The property is located at a walking distance from the railway station, in close proximity to most of the tourist places, there's no hassle of grabing any public transport too. Loved my quick stay here

It's was an average stay. They are not providing free wifi on fifth floor. Some construction works are going on the same floor. No views through the window.

Hotel room was average, staff behavior was rude & arrogant.

Poor service by hotel people. Rooms are not good😂 No hot water. Rates are high for that room . Being near to railway station and good hotels I booked

Throughout stay was waste for money
There is bad smell throgh out the room untill check oilut, only one towel and small soap provided, drinking water all are under paid. No provision for drinking water as per hotel's concern. Totally disappointed

There were no temperature checks, very close to the railway station. Quick service.

They take too much service charge for food if you order any water or food to the room. Mineral water will cost you very high.

Although it was a decent stay. It could have been much better. There was no facility provided to make tea/coffee. Only 1 towel was kept in the bathroom for 2 guests.

Nice ambience, good room service and staff.

The room was great for the price and Hotel was easily accessible! The service was great too. The only drawback was even though we mentioned double occupancy only one towel was provided and hot water was not available.

Location heart of the City, cheap n best

I had made the booking through make my trip, I could check in only very late in the evening. Despite having a low occupancy rate (many vacant rooms) and me informing them I would be back by 1:30 pm and room can be given if they there was a need, they kept calling me at 12 sharp and pulled out my bag and kept at the counter.

Not up to the mark. Scope for improvement. Too noisy can't stay indoor

Provides all basic necessities, do not expect luxury. Good courteous and polite staff. Clean rooms regular and working fittings. Average service. No complaints, just a good basic hotel.
