I stayed at Hotel Niya Regency Niya Regency for two nights - check-in on 26th September and check-out on 28th September. The Hotel Niya Regency is located a little distance from the city centre, but there are absolutely no transport issues, Uber services are readily available and auto rickshaws are available aplenty. The rooms are spacious and quite neat and clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Food quality (vegetarian) is quite good, although the breakfast spread is a little sparse and could do with a little more variety. Room service is also quite slow. Overall, a satisfactory stay

The deluxe rooms we booked were spacious and the amenities were good. food in the restaurant was good. Major issue is with their room service. during my stay, i ordered room service twice. both times they just neglected the order only for me to learn after calling them to check on it. it is as is this 4 star Hotel Niya Regency has no idea what room service is. Part of paying for the Hotel Niya Regency is for their service which I feel they have to improve

Comfortable stay with good room amenities and breakfast

Had a comfortable stay. Besides clean good room, stacked fridge and snacks in room, round the clock hot water and good breakfast spread, security guard Anto was very welcoming with a wide grin everytime I entered or left the Hotel Niya Regency. Reception staff was also warm and hospitable. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Thrissur again.

Location was very convenient for us. Very friendly staff. They were very helpful and punctual in fixing any issue. They gave us all the information since we were new to Thrissur. Facilities were very good. Room was very clean. Toilets and bathrooms were very clean. Room service was excellent. - A/c was working well. Food was also very good.

Ok. The stay was comfortable and the room was also near and clean. But there were some incidents of mosquitos which had to be taken care of by the Hotel Niya Regency. Regarding the pricing makemytrip charged exorbitantly, for a standard room you have charged rs. 3808- but for rs. 3000- executive room was available there.

Had a wonderful stay! Rajesh and Santhosh at the breakfast area provided excellent service with warm smiles and ensured the food was fresh and hot. The only concern was the RO water in bottles—please consider providing filtered mineral water. Everything else was great,

We stayed for a night. Room was of sufficient size and well cleaned. Breakfast buffet was good and the food was tatsty. Location of the Hotel Niya Regency is fairly central and close to the temple.

well maintained room and premises, good staff, all facilities are proper and restaurant was well maintained. only watchman need to be educated by management that Vehicle of Guest staying in room is priority than those visitinh for food only or have a valet parking.
