Review Of The Garuda

The proximity to Bus station, Railway station and the famous Vadakkunnatha temple is worth mentioning. The services are excellent. Room was clean and well furnished. Could not taste their food as I had food from my meeting place. The staff are really very humble and prompt in their service. Good location and excellent service. Highly recommended👍

good hotel but need to improve of service during breakfast and lunch dinner should keep staff when people having food in restaurant and increase items in meals

Five star hotel, but not providing not even the basic facilities Staff service was good, they're polite and attentive. Parking, lot of parking at the basement, but the parking management and people are not that much perfect. There was not parking slot available when I reached, and their way of handling guests are not that much good. Room: got an upgrade to executive room during our checkin, but that was just looking like a 3 star hotel room. Bathroom lights were not working, no fridge/mini bar as Other items missed: hair dryer, iron box, handwash. Other thing to mention is the view from the room, that was really nice, a city view, full glass walls which was beautiful, and giving good natural lighting. Restaurant: okay... That's all. Not having a large menu for the breakfast, but the available foods were tasty.

A pleasant stay. Staff ate cery friendly and accommodating but the room was smelling like mold so was a bit worried. Other than that their food their warm extended gestures were all superb.

The stay was terrible, they does not provide drinking water on the second day, the rooms are very unhygienic, no floor mat, bed and blanket felt like a really really old. Squeaky noise coming from the wooden flooring while walking. Nothing felt like a 5 start hotels, could be a 3 start according to the facilities and cleanliness

Location is good. when I checked in the AC was not cooling for a while. I called the technician and he made necessary settings. Similarly the light near the washroom mirror was not functioning. Even after complaining it was not rectified. One has to climb around 10-15 steps to reach to the reception, which wll be difficult to the senior citizens

In my 35 years of my business. I feel this is my Worst experience had in Hotel Garuda. I don’t treat this as a hotel. Such a horrible stay.

Even though we have reached late everything was perfectly arranged. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and all other amenities were good. I could sleep well and the better part was the breakfast which was sumptuous. If you choose the stay without breakfast it will be a definite miss. Behaviour of the staffs were good.

Everything ok but swimming is not at all well thank you for service others are ok my kid like the room

superb room nd i loved it, but the service was too costly, charged 70 for half litre water on the next day..shouldv refilled for free..

Location is very good. food not taken, so no comments. Door mats for bath room not provided. In one of the two rooms booked, no coffee/tea maker provided. it was after repeated request these were provided .

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent and made the stay more enjoyable. The food was delicious with good variety and quality. The location is perfect and easily accessible. Thank you for the warm hospitality — I truly appreciate the great service.

Property is good, AC was not effective. Gym is available, Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and friendly

I am not satisfied with Room service and food

Service standards were poor.the person handling housekeeping need to know how to behave on telephone, hence dropped plan of taking 1 bottle water. Asked for a matchbox,agreed to bring to room , till check out not even bothered to respond. Parking was worst 2 cars paked on the blocking my vehicle , no security person to handle the same,had to wait half an hour to take the vehicle out from parking.

The stay at the Garuda Hotel was disappointing. We were late for check-in, and the staff's behavior was unfriendly, which set a negative tone for our stay. The hotel also lacked facilities, making the overall experience average at best.

Very close to Thrissur round. Walkable distance to Vadakunathan temple and also for shopping and Restaurants.

The stay and the staffs were nice but the water from the wash basin was not flowing properly. We had to call the house keeping at night to fix it and there was no towel for both of us as the room was for 2 people.
