Hotel Park Residency

One of the worst experiences in my stay. Staff don't know how to interact with the customer. Will never recommend the hotel to anyone

The hotel is conveniently located from trr he r Railway station , just about 2 km or less . The property is nice and well maintained . Has a decent restaurant and food is affordable and of good taste . Service in general is very good

I had booked few rooms for hosting my guests for my wedding reception. The hotel staff was helpful in allocating the rooms correctly as per my instructions and everything was executed without fail. Interaction was excellent. They were available whenever I reached out and were very helpful.

Hotel Park residency is a good hotel. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. The location is also is good.

I had an awesome stay. The rooms were neat and super clean, making it feel like home. I will definitely consider rebooking in the future. This is the best place to stay in Thrissur, with a premium breakfast buffet and crockery that exceeded my expectations. It’s truly a great value for money.

over all stay is good but for vegetarian meals not a good options can call from swiggy and Zomato , there is a good lounge upstairs but only little crowd comes on sat

Property and location are excellent, but staff members are not cooperative, who is on the front desk. Toilets seats are broken in all the rooms, we have come with family with 3 year kid had to change 4 rooms because of their service issues, no maintenance team, no lobby boy to assist you. Reception doesn’t know how to take GST bill. He needs to wait for hour to get the bill, and he says technical issue sir

Stay was good. Breakfast was not very great. They could keep 1-2 more items. The Standard room approach is very great , it is located very much interior. Hence, I did not find the worth, for the money I paid.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Convenient location and great service. Only thing mentionable was the buffet breakfast, whilst the quality was good, it was a very, very limited spread.

The front desk staffs and the valet parking staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Good room, Good breakfast cleanliness commendable Staff very courteous Linen not up to standard Security questionable. Somebody barged into my room while i was resting, without calling bell or knocking. I got up frantically and confronted him He looked decently dressed. He asked if I had complained about the AC and then quickly withdrew. I notified the front desk. They promised to look into the CCTV recordings. But did not do it till checked out If I were asleep I don't know what would have happened

Good rooms, friendly hospitality

Location, food, amenities are all good. I have a couple of things to mention that i think could be improved. To start, the bedsheets and pillowcases could be cleaner and more hygienic. Additionally, smoking inside the rooms should be banned. The room i was in had a pervasive smell of cigarettes, and i had a terrible experience due to it.

Clean rooms. Clean bathroom. The size of room is very nice. Staff is courteous and polite.

I parked my car on parking area ,someone try to open our trunk and its borked. In parking area they have the security and its happened its very bad experience other than reception, room and food was good
