Super Capital O Kovilakam Residency

I stayed at Kovilakam Residency for 5 nights. The suite room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, with clean washrooms and fresh bedspreads and blankets. However, the deluxe room was disappointing—its bedspread, blankets, and bath towels were old and not in good condition. Being an older property, many of the amenities also felt dated. The biggest letdown was the food. Breakfast was below average and definitely not worth the price. On the positive side, the basement parking facility was good, and the hotel has an attached bar.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. There was a bad smell in around the room and hotel. The problems were not cleared by the staff.

It was a feel good stay at Capita O Kovilakam. The room was spacious and enough light and air. Bathroom seems to be clean. The T V was not working, I mean no channels available to play.

Very bad experience. The room is very bad and the room is very old. No clean room. The bed is also like not very bad and the reception attitude That is also very very very bad and they also didn't get the bill. Also, I asked the bill they also give the bill. This is second experience in the same hotel and they given the very worst room that.

Near to NH road Good food and restaurant

The rooms and hotel premises where neat and clean. Hotel staffs were nice and welcoming. Ambient parking space. Alibaba and 41 dishes, a good restaurent, is in the same compound. Bus stand and railway station is at just walkable distance.Over all the stay was good👍

stay was good bt the restaurant will close at 10 so no midnight snack which ws so essential for me overall the provided all the amenities which we needed

All the information provided about this hotel in MMT is completely wrog. Check in time provided in booking confirmation was 6.44 am. There was also no mention that visitors are strictly not allowed in the room. However, on check in hotel informed that check in time is 12pm and that visitors are strictly not allowed. I had visited for business meetings and this hotel did not serve my purpose. the reception staff was not courteous as well. I didnt find the room to be clean as well.

My stay at capital o kovilagam was a disappointing experience, mainly due to poor cleanliness and misleading room conditions. The bedsheets were not properly cleaned, and the room was completely different from what was shown during booking. It was neither clean nor well-maintained. Although they claim to provide a complimentary water bottle, i was asked to purchase it from their restaurant instead. The food was overpriced, and they don’t allow outside food, forcing guests to pay nearly double for meals. The only positive aspect was the room service, which was decent. However, given the overall experience, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location of the hotel was good and the check in check out process was a little delayed due to other guests waiting. The food is average and the bar was nice.

The Hotel Employees attitude to customer is very poor. The service at this hotel is poor. And dirty toilet towels were provided and room with crocakes. And it is too far from Thrissur city. The hotel reception asked for extra payment for stay after talking with Oyo customer service team, they had given good support to avoid me to pay fund to the hotel. Very unprofessional hotel staff. But the support from Oyo was fine.

In every hotel, there should be complimentry breakfast. If we can incorporate this, it will be good for us. Bathing towel is not good, look like very old.

Good stay with essential amenities, clean and hygiene is good, staffs are friendly and location is accessible

Hotel is good looking clean and hygiene but most food is not available in the hotel which is present in the hotel menu card

I had a very disappointing stay at this kovilakam residency hotel in thrissur. The bathroom had a terrible smell that made it almost unbearable to use. Additionally, there was no internet connection in my room, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, when i arrived, i was asked to wait because the hotel had not received any confirmation. This lack of communication and organization added unnecessary stress to my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was clean, but the smell made things worse thats all.

Pathetic room is there , room having bad smells & bathroom having also the same issue . Towel received from hotel is also bad , White towel shows like brown towel . Totally a Worst one..

Its nice to stay there friendly staffs. Good air conditioning. And all. But one thing the food is not that much good. Just clear that tooo.
