The room was not upto the expected even though there was AC and TV the TV was not working and the AC was not cooling.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Bad Experience I recently stayed at this hotel in Thrissur, and it was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was not clean, the service was extremely poor, and the staff had no sense of hospitality. The facilities they promised were not available, and overall it was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Full of 🦟 mosquitoes in AC rooms and toilet .. big good rooms but can’t sleep Becsue of Mosquitoes . Rest all is good for pricing

The TV was not working. The mini freezer was not working. There was no bath kit or brushing kit. The shower gel was empty. Even the telephone in the room for calling the reception was disconnected The fan was shaking. The TV was not working. There was no brushing or bathing kit. The room telephone was not working

Enjoyed a peaceful and refreshing stay in a very healthy atmosphere. The staff were truly helpful and courteous.

I had always considered Central Hotel Thrissur to be among the city’s more premium hotels, which is why I chose to stay here for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The property looked unusually empty, which was surprising for a hotel of this reputation. The first impression upon entering the room was very disappointing. The bath towels provided were torn and dirty, the bed linens had not been cleaned properly, and the pillows were literally falling apart. The air conditioning did not function as it should, making the stay uncomfortable. The most unpleasant issue, however, was the toilet water leaking onto the bathroom floor – something completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one positioning itself as premium. Service and staff behavior were also concerning. At night, when I asked for the gates to be opened, I was rudely told to do it myself. Such behavior reflects poorly on the hotel’s hospitality standards. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, with stale food that did not meet even basic expectations. For the price charged, the overall quality was highly disappointing. Central Hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, service, and guest experience before it can be considered premium.

Recomend to stay in it

First, they have provided one room that room AC was not working all night. Switch on the fan and slept did not sleep well. In next day. They have provided one home and I stayed there the next day. They have not cleaned. I slept at home without cleaning.

good location , easy to heart of city service also nice .. incase of food taste are nice .. but little bit improvement are required

The bedspread and pillow covers were dirty and the whole room had a musty smell. Geyser was not working properly only lukewarm water was coming. The flush was not working properly.When I asked the hotel to change my room, they said all rooms were the same and refused to give me another room Not advisable to book this hotel.

Last 3 month I used to stay this hotel once in a week. The stay was good . Room was spacious and clean. The staff behaviour was also good and friendly. Come in to the food , it was delicious especially dhosa and chatny. And the area of the hotel is calm and quiet. Next time sure I will stay hear only. Jithin

its a reputed hotel in a prime location at Thrissur though its an old one. Good food and BAR attach is an attraction.
