When we reached, there is not power, the backtery backup is not sufficient in there, only fan is working, phone is switched off but power is not here. Why people do this, adequate emergency backup is not there for hotel, shame on you people, rooms also dirty

We would like to clarify that this situation occurred because of a transformer issue, which, unfortunately, took one day to repair. The delay was primarily due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, during which most KSEB staff were on leave. This was the first time we faced such an issue at our property, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your experience. After discussing the matter with our staff, we confirmed that they had informed you about the power outage before your check-in. We also offered a full refund prior to your arrival, but you expressed willingness to stay, acknowledging that it would be difficult to find alternative accommodation at the same price during that time. While our backup power source was available, we made it clear that it might not last for an extended duration. Despite this, you chose to proceed with the stay. Please note that we refunded all other guests who opted to leave and did not allow any new check-ins until the transformer issue was resolved. We truly value your feedback and apologize for any distress caused. Please rest assured that we are committed to maintaining a reliable service and are taking steps to ensure such situations are avoided in the future. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

The rooms are good very comfortable and spacious value for the money pillow covers or bed covers are so old (tear) flush spray is not working in washroom it states laundry is available with extra price but there is no washing machine in hotel. Should visit the laundry shop which is around 300 mtr from hotel. They told me that it will take 5 days for laundry for just 2 pairs water bottle should be sold inside the hotel and make it available 24x7. There is purified water system but still it is good to sell the water bottles

i would like to know why you mentioned it as a poor stay even if you didn't stay there. you have booked the room through an online portal and you failed to provide your IDs for verification purposes when you visit our place. Our team clearly explained to you the difficulty staying without any ID verification because of strict instructions from the concerned authority. This is clearly instructed in the booking voucher to submit the ID proof.We won't allow any customer to stay without any ID proof. we cannot return your money because we had reserved a room for you. You came to the property at night without any ID proof. So that's the reason we didn't allow you to stay. But we couldn't allow any other guests to this room as we reserved this room for you.

Talking about Retaj apartment, It was a pretty good room, with clean bed and washroom, nice air conditioning . A small complain about the food court, it is a bitt distant from the apartment and it is really difficult to walk to the court and eat after a tiring day. But it's just my opinion, but overall it was a nice and superb experience...👍

Good place for solot travellers

Ample parking, near palarivattom, kakkanad and lulu mall, no restaurant, but lots of options with swiggy and zomato ( kochi has hotels serving even late night and delivery also happen even at midnight) super fast wifi ( perfect for blogger, it guys etc)

The place is average and neat. But a good option in this price. The ac was fine and cooling. The room is average size but neat. Don't recommend for couples. For bachelors this can be a good option
