This residency is located in the heart of perumbavoor city where it is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets , the rooms offered by lilly residency was very clean and their service was very good and very friendly staff.

Room was small, no window, only two exhaust fans, but manageable and worth the money for solo stay. Very clean, sparkling clear & well maintained bathroom and room.

Everything is perfect and budget-friendly for booking, but I want to suggest using some fragrance to avoid unpleasant smells.

It was a nice experience staying over there the steps were very polite and professional the facility was any chance id they provide car park facility

This made the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable, rendering our stay miserable. * rude and inhospitable staff: the hotel staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We faced significant delays in checking in, waiting a frustrating two hours before being allocated a room. * overall disappointment: the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The combination of a broken ac and the poor attitude of the staff made our stay at lily residency an unpleasant and regrettable experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. There are far better options available that offer a more comfortable and enjoyable stay"

Stayed in a single room for a night. With the payment i made it was worth and i had good sleep. Room was clean and comfortable staff was good

I had a nice stay. Hotel is at a convenient and easily accessible location and lot of good restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom were neat and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful
