I booked a room for 3 adults for a night at this tourist home through MakeMyTrip. Me and my friends had a pretty good experience at South Side Residency. The staffs were professional, and was very helpful.Our room was very neat (even though it was less spacious) especially the bathroom and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the private bus stand making it easy to travel.

This is my second time at the same hotel. This time i was given accomodation in newly built rooms. Early check in and baggage storage was provided. Room was clean and neat and bathroom was maintained very well. No kinds of bad smell or hygeine issues.

It was a wonderful stay at the lodge. But it was not fair to mention in the name " tower " instead of lodge. I have wasted half an hour to locate the lodge. Anyhow the rooms, cleanship, maintenance and hospitality is notable. Thank you for a good stay at chalakudy. Nothing more
