The stay was good. However the staff at Reception is not well mannered..They give less attention to customers rather than their other works at the counter.

Very minimum standards.Restaurant buffet (Breakfast) was just average.Raised a concern about the temperature of the hot food and no staff including supervisior seemed bothered.Nothing in the spread was satisfactory.Will not choose again the property

It is nice centrally located, nicely built hotel but it is a 4 star hotel while listed as 5 star, limited breakfast options but OK. Good value for money

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a five-star experience, but it fell short. The rooms were much smaller than advertised, leaving us feeling cramped. For a hotel claiming five star status, the overall quality and amenities did not align with expectations. While the staff was courteous, the lack of space and luxury made the premium pricing unjustifiable. I hope management improves the guest experience and ensures their advertising reflects reality.

It’s a five-star hotel with prices competitively set to the four-star range. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort of the room, bathroom and restaurants met my expectations. Right from the time of check-in to check-out, all the staff members I interacted with were very cordial and friendly. The receptionist even printed out a list of popular sightseeing places when I asked for some guidance.

Rooms are neat, bathrooms are clean and also able to locate the property in google maps easily. Also ample of parking space.

Prime location. Easy access to kochi metro rail. Can and autos easily available. Good rooms, though no steady control of ac. Each time you leave the room and return the ac resets to coolest mode and fastest fan. Buffet breakfast is delicious with vast choice of south indian and continental recipe. Check-in and check-out is smooth. Very polite and courteous reception and courteous staff.

Clean room with all basic amenities that one would expect for the money paid. Location is good with a very good parking space. Food is also good and not too expensive
