Had a really good experience. The stay was peaceful and relaxing. The property has a great vibe, and the food was absolutely top notch.

Taj Malabar's location is a little away from the city centre. It has a beautiful aura and very well maintained. The staff is courteous, spa services are great and sea food restaurant is outstanding. The breakfast buffet can be improved upon.

If you want to be pampered and enjoy a holiday, Taj Malabar Cochin is the place where you should stay! Hospitality at its best, great view and amazing facilities

Very good heritage property, staff very cooperative and very nice ambiance and comfortable everybody very helpful

Property is in a good location with access to backwaters. Food is average since this is a coastal place, no much sea food items in the dinner menu. Also, in dinner different types of ice cream should be kept as in other 5 star hotel. Spa price is huge and hence didn’t utilised.

I had an incredible stay at the Taj, with a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this stay!

Our stay at Taj Malabar, Kochi was memorable, thanks to the amazing team. Thanks to Jasmin who made our anniversary truly special with a heartwarming gesture(a yummy chocolate cake )and took care of us throughout our stay. Sreejith’s morning yoga session was refreshing and energizing. (highly recommended) Dinner was magical with a live musician (Martin Netto) - a very talented singer who made our evening special. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our celebration so memorable!

Food and service is beyond explanation. We felt at home during the entire stay. Rice boat cuisine is excellent! Ahilan made sure that we were treated special all the way through from the moment we were seated until dessert

Absolutely beautiful stay…we stayed for the valentines weekend and the staff took great care of us and made it a special experience. We were welcomed by a traditional kerala dance. The suite rooms were gorgeous and tastefully done with every luxury and a beautiful view of the harbour from the balcony. Evening high tea was good.. sunset cruise arranged by the property in a traditional Kerala boat was exceptional. Will forever cherish the memory of one of the best sunsets we ever saw. Infinity swimming pool was a treat. Spa services were great..Cultural performance in the evening was really good. Food was delicious..Rice boat restaurant was exceptional both for the ambience of a house boat and the yummy preparations. Special thanks to Ms Elizabeth for coordinating every detail of our stay..Highly recommend this property.

Great stay with personalized attention from the gm, amol agarwal, elizabeth (guest relations manager) & long standing restaurant staff uday and dinesh. We got married in this hotel more than a decade ago and each time we are back we are welcomed so warmly that it feels like coming back home. Fantastic renovations done
