Stayed overnight with family at the Crown Plaza Kochi. Very good location and good well maintained clean and comfortable room. The breakfast spread was excellent and the service top class.

This time we had terrible experience with them. While checking out we have missed one bag (gold) in the room and they did not bother to inform us till we called and asked for the bag. Iam really doubting there intentions on this episode. If we would not have called for the bag they would have kept with them

Our weekend stay at Crowne Plaza Kochi was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful backwater views. It was a memorable and fantastic stay . They allowed early check in .The hospitality of staffs were amazing. they were so polite. The food was very yummy 😋 and tasty 🤤. I had a very good experience in this last stay i had stayed 3 times in this 2 months and it was a nice experience and i will visit again…and especially the front desk staff was very friendly and polite

It was excuisite. I was well taken care off from the concierge uptil my room.the buffet spread and overall was delicious and it really helped me and my family have some real relaxed time.
