We recently stayed at Le Maritime Hotel in Kochi, but unfortunately, our experience was not very satisfying. The dinner service was poorly managed — it was not served properly, and the overall dining experience was below expectations in terms of both quality and organization. Breakfast also lacked variety and proper service.
Additionally, we faced issues with the spa services, which were either unavailable or not managed well. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves these important aspects for future guests.
