Reach Inn

I stayed at a Double Deluxe Room. Property is okay, but it needs some maintenance. Like the bathroom cloth hanger comes out, the bathroom door does not close properly. But positive thing is staffs are helpful, they attend whenever needed. Good facilities with hot water for bathing and drinking, unlimited tea/coffee. The only thing for which I am giving an average review instead of good is - my bed had hairs when I checked in indicating no change of bed sheet/pillow covers; when I informed this the receptionist mentioned room is cleaned when he should have changed the sheet/covers or the room itself.

i had to carry my own luggage, staff wasn't very supportive they charged me extra for bed which is okay but they didn't gave blanket, also ac was very slow, fan wasn't working, bathroom Jet spray was broken, overall not good experience

Property located in prime location, easily accessible to watermetro and Metro rail. Lots of restaurant near by. Room was neat and clean, spacious rooms. Frequently cleaning the corridors. No pest or mosquitos. No smell of cigerates. No noise disturbances. Reception staff were very corporative.
