Reach Inn

I stayed at this Reach Inn for 2 days as a couple, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Everything about the stay was excellent, from the cleanliness of the room and washroom to the thoughtful amenities provided. The room was very comfortable and hygienic, and they even provided a chair and table, which was very useful for studying. We also appreciated the extra touches like plates for having food and an additional water bottle – small details that most Reach Inns usually overlook, but this one made sure to provide. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right from the beginning. Their hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, we had a fantastic and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this Reach Inn for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and guest-friendly place.

The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and they were kind enough to accommodate my timing requests. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to the city’s main attractions and transport options. What stood out most was the cleanliness and the calm ambiance of the place, making it ideal for both relaxation and work. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kochi. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Reach Inn is tucked away in a small busy street, but it quiet inside. The room I booked was spacious and clean and decently appointed. The location is very central and MG road is just a walking distance away and other spaces and close by too. I had to park my car a minute’s walk away at a public parking, but the Reach Inn gave me a coupon so that I didn’t have to pay. While I had to unfortunately cut short my stay and leave suddenly due to an emergency, I got a feel of the Reach Inn and will be going back there again on my visits to the city.

The staff provided excellent hospitality—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the standout features was the cleanliness throughout the property, especially the toilets, which were spotless and hygienic. Room and bathroom were hygienic . Hotel staff behaviour was polite. There is no parking available in the Reach Inn, they arranged parking at an pay & park facility near by around 150 MTRS distance. Overall Stay was pleasant

Hotel was pretty all good!! Rooms very Clean.. staff was nice!! But this Reach Inn does not have in house restaurant.. you can order food from zomato or u can go to nearby restaurants!! Location is also good... overall nice experience

We booked this place as a last resort in a hurry. The stay was exceptional for the value. They had warm water, AC and facilities for a quick coffee. It’s definitely worth the price.
