Situated just next to the Forum Mall and a direct access from the hotel is worth mentioning..The food,staffs were awesome..Must try their in house restaurant Meen by Chef Pillai!

My experience at The Artiste, a luxurious 5-star The Artiste Marriott Bonvoy resort, was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is top-notch, featuring beautiful decor and immaculate rooms that boast breathtaking views. The staff was fantastic, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. Dining was a real treat, with gourmet meals and an outstanding breakfast and Lunch that set. Gym created a perfect ambiance for workout, and the concierge arranged flawless local experiences. The Bonvoy perks really made it special. The Artiste is a gem—highly recommend it, and I can’t wait to go back!

Inappropriate staff behaviour
The staff's behaviour was really bad this will be my 1st and last stay at this hotel. We were playing music in our portable music system and they said it created problems for other customers as well as they had issues related to our dress code when we were using the pool and for everything they had an issue. And for the fact we were not playing the sound in high volume. So we were not able to enjoy the staycation like we expected.

Excellent place
An excellent place that combines easy accessibility with top notch luxury amenities and delicious food. Perfect choice for both comfort and convenience. Room and amenities were excellent. Food was delicious. Hospitality of the staff were very excellent. Only downside was no dedicated hotel parking option and valet parking also not available.

Everything was well and good except the thing that neither the mall nor the hotel is having an ev charging station.

A very peaceful stay. Not a crowded place as there are only36 rooms. All the staffs are very courteous and helpful. Food is excellent. Easy access to the mall is the added attraction

Excellent place to stay at cochin with noise free and best facolity
Rooms are excellent and very calm. Bed is too good. Pillows are comfortable. Washrooms is very good and hygiene is maintained food is average need to improve.

Was an excellent stay at the tribute. The staff were friendly. The room we took was spacious and well decorated. The food spread especially the dessert section was really mouthwatering.

Nice and comfortable stay
businessI stayed at Artiste Hotel for one night, and it was a really pleasant experience. The ambience was absolutely lovely – everything about the place felt warm, welcoming, and well-thought-out. The food was great too! The dishes were flavorful and satisfying, and there was enough variety to suit different tastes. It felt like they genuinely put effort into both the presentation and the taste. I should also appreciate the technician who came and assisted when I needed some help with the TV, within 5 mins. Even though it was a short stay, I left feeling happy and refreshed. I’d definitely recommend Artiste Hotel if you’re looking for a cozy and enjoyable place to stay.
