I would like to bring a few key concerns to your attention.
1. Check-in Experience – Upon arrival, I was not offered a welcome drink, which is normally a standard courtesy at premium hotels. I was assigned Room 318, but the key provided did not work in the lift. I had to struggle with my luggage, and no one assisted me to the lift. A staff member on the 2nd floor eventually helped me, but upon reaching the room, the key did not work there either. I had to wait for around 15 minutes until a front desk staff member came and provided a replacement key.
2. Room Facilities – As soon as I entered the room, my phone battery was about to die. Unfortunately, none of the electric plugs were working. Even after reporting the issue, it took nearly 40 minutes for an electrician to arrive and fix the problem. This caused me a lot of inconvenience.
3. Washroom Condition – The washroom was not in good condition. The bathtub water holder was not holding the water and it was continuously leaking which I found quite disappointing.
