I was so delighted with the experience that I kept on extending my stay. One of the best managed resorts in Kochi thanks to the location and the superb housekeeping by Mr Jiten and amazing management by Mr. Zubair.

Peaceful property located very close to the river. Very good service from staff jitte and manager. Excellent rooms and views.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. But here I put a suggestion please provide a good blanket for all rooms. The provided blanket is so small and uncomfortable ( also have dust in it )

Peaceful place with clean rooms and basic amenities. Very good for short stays

silent place... near temple nice place.. all rooms are ac... but standard ac rooms no including tv..

The room was spotless and fresh, with no signs of wear or dirt. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The resort is located in a very peaceful, less crowded area, but not too far from the town. The staff are very friendly and polite. The only thing that seemed disappointing was the room size. Everything else was very comfortable. Although the room was small, it had all the amenities and was very clean

Room allotted didn't have a tv or a phone and power would trip if tried to turn ac on. Room was very small.

The bed is hard, ac is not functioning at its best, poor hospitality, power sockets are not available around the bed. No telephone available to contact reception.

Worst experience no river view. Flesh is not working. Overall the room is ok with this amount but most of things in the room are not working like washroom flesh which is very important and there is no tv in the room which is mandatory

It was nice & peaceful stay on river side. Clean & hygiene place. Overall happy & will recommend to people

The resort is located in a sparsely populated but picturesque location az almost on the banks of periyar river. Rooms are basic in character with individual names but furnishing and decorations sparse. We were treated very well by the reception staff and they tried their best to accede to our requests. But there are certain shortcomings. There is no permanent restaurant and souces for food are not available in the vicinity. The reception people arranged food through catering. Generator or power back up also seems lacking as lift stops working during power outage. Transport facilities provided on request.

Location - surrounded by greens and river. Good locality. Personal care by existing staff moderately well furnished room needs certain improvements like professional housekeeping, front office staff, intercom facility etc rates are reasonable

The resort is neat and tidy and in a calm location. The host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Location is fantastic for a lonely holiday. This property surrounded by full of greens. Periyar river very close by. And a shiva temple close by. Hygiene is good. Don't have food at the hotel. Plenty of food deliveries.

Well mannered staff, well maintained room, we stayed in 3rd floor, it offered good view of periyar from the room. Overall very satisfied.
